Seeking Members for the Synod Personnel Committee

The Synod Council has authorized the development of a Personnel Committee, consisting of 3 laypersons and 2 clergy. The Synod Council is seeking individuals, both clergy and laity, who may be interested in serving on this important committee. The committee shall meet regularly and as needed to develop, evaluate, and update personnel policies, assist Synod staff in matters of conflict resolution, arrange for an annual evaluation of staff members, be a voice for staff to ensure they have the resources they need and to maintain healthy boundaries, and to communicate needs to the Synod Council.
