A Morning Just for Moms: Presence, Connection, and Care
Modern motherhood rarely leaves room to pause. Between schedules, responsibilities, and the constant mental load, many moms feel disconnected, from ourselves and from one another.
On April 11, we’re creating space to change that.
This mom’s gathering is rooted in community, truth-telling, and mutual support. It’s not a conference. It’s not a performance. It’s a shared experience, one where you’re invited to arrive exactly as you are.
The morning will begin gently, with warm beverages, baked goods, and a welcoming atmosphere. After a grounding practice to help us settle into the space, we’ll move into small group conversations that are honest, facilitated, and centered on listening as much as speaking.
A catered lunch follows, offering time to connect more casually before transitioning into the afternoon’s “Being Present” practices. Participants can choose between:
- Junk journaling – a creative, reflective practice using prompts and materials provided
- Gentle yoga – focused on breath, grounding, and embodiment
We’ll close with next steps for ongoing connection and a collective thank you for the courage it takes to show up.
Childcare is available, lunch and goodie bags are included, and the cost is kept intentionally accessible.
If you’ve been longing for meaningful connection, a moment of stillness, or simply time to breathe, you’re warmly invited.
