Congregational Constitution 101 is a practical workshop designed to support congregational leaders in understanding and caring for one of the most important guiding documents in the life of the church. A congregation’s constitution shapes how ministry is organized, decisions are made, and records are preserved, helping ensure faithfulness, clarity, and continuity across generations.
