Free to Be

is a community of small groups of families and individuals that come together for mutual support, truth speaking, story sharing, and connection building. Through these conversations and time spent together, we are able to find and live in freedom, and support others as they do the same.

Freedom from what?

Our past decisions and patterns that no longer fit.
The ways shame, blame, and guilt have been used to cause harm.
The need to act or appear as perfect.
The fears of not being accepted as we are.
And the fear of our neighbor.

Freedom to Be looks like acceptance, grace, and companionship as we do life together

People that can freely be

create relationships that can freely be.

Relationships that can freely be

create community that can freely be.

May the love of God be with us, until all are free to be

Lauren is a woman in recovery, mom, wife, and pastor. She loves going to the beach, brewing coffee, riding roller coasters, and reading books. She is on a journey of honoring the freedom she has found in relationships where God’s love is made real, and is showing up to welcome and encourage others into the same kinds of relationships.
