ELCA Communicators Gather in Pittsburgh for Learning and Connection

NEPA Synod Director of Communications Stacey Burke joined communicators representing 20 ELCA synods and the churchwide organization in Pittsburgh July 28–29 for two days of continuing education, collaboration, relationship building, and peer support.

The Generosity Project

On Saturday, October 3, congregational teams are invited to learn how to use The Generosity Project in their own ministry settings. The training models three one-hour sessions centered on God’s story of creation, equipping participants to lead the program in their congregations.

Ziegels Union Church’s annual Harvest Home Festival on September 12 will collect fresh produce for the Lowhill Food Pantry, with the donations being blessed during Harvest Home worship services on September 13 before being delivered to the pantry to serve local families.
