Registering on Behalf of Others
If you are registering others but NOT yourself, please use the name and email address of one of the persons you are registering.
Email Address Requirements
Have a separate/individual email for each voting member. Necessary information will not reach someone if we don’t have their email.
How to Enter Names Correctly
Register each person using first and last name only, no prefixes.
- Please do not include titles such as Rev., Pr., or Deacon. This helps us avoid duplicate or unclear entries (for example, multiple “Rev. Jones”). If a title is entered, the system will format it automatically (e.g., “Rev. Jones”), and we are not able to edit it afterward.
- Lay members again no need for prefixes.
Payment Information & Deadlines
If you are unable to pay with a credit card, debit card, or ACH payment you will need to call into the office to register. Your check will need to be received in the Synod office by 4:30 pm May 1. No payment will be accepted at the assembly
Know Your Mission District
Name Tag Preferences
Confirm how each voting member wants their name to appear on their name tag. (We already have rostered status on file, which will appear on the name tag. Please provide preferred first and last name format, and indicate if they would like pronouns included.)
Dietary Needs
Know any dietary restrictions/allergies for each voting member. Click here to view meal descriptions
Childcare Information
If a voting member needs childcare, you will need a parental email and the number of children.
