ELCA Declarations and Study Materials on Anti-Racism and Justice
Because God redeems us through Christ, we are made new to love and serve all neighbors. Loving neighbors includes working for justice in our personal and public lives. Together as church and as individual Christians, we are called to love neighbors as we love ourselves.  Below you will find links to documents on how the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America is striving to live out God’s baptismal call to act for justice.
Racial Justice Team Recommended Media Resources
The work of countering the systems, structures, and sources of racism is a part of our daily walk as disciples of Jesus. Each month, the NEPA Synod’s Racial Justice Team will strive to provide resources for use at home, in small group settings, or for personal use to help all of God’s children live into Jesus’ calling of authentic diversity through racial justice. Hear the Spirit’s call to action through the work and witness of these activists who share their gifts and insight through various works of art and literature.
