The threat of a COVID-19 Virus pandemic has created many challenges for worship and ministry in the congregations of our synod. We have created this page to provide a host of resources for your use. Some may be more helpful to you than others; however, we are including a variety of materials that have been submitted both by rostered ministers and by various church agencies and congregations.
Considerations for Reopening Congregations
Synod Loans for Payroll Assistance.
Shortly after Easter a letter was sent to all synod congregations, encouraging them to apply for a forgivable Paycheck Protection Program loan. Those congregations that do not receive such a loan and do not have other financial reserves were invited to apply for a zero percent interest loan from the Synod Loan Fund. View the letter.
